I design software and apps:
1. What someone experiences when they use an app
2. How the pages work and connect
3. What it looks like
(Everything except the code)
//
Example: If I worked for YouTube, these are questions I would ask:

A founder or someone who works for an startup
(Pre-seed/seed)
The company has an existing app built with a few customers or beta testers
(MVP that was designed by developers for validation)
Their software aims at improving workflows for specific professions
(B2B SaaS products)
Products created to help people with their specialized jobs for (aka B2B).
Some past projects I've worked on:

App for nurses to handle their documentation quicker

Software to help farmers monitor the health of their crops using satelites

Software to help people in the film industry see call sheet information
Mentors and program managers to startup accelerators. (Ex. Techstars, YCombinator)
Investors that focus on pre-seed, seed, early-stage startups
Developers, marketers, laywers, accountants, AI automation, consultants, business coaches that focus on early stage SaaS startups

I was blown away at how much we were able to uncover in the OOUX workshop.
My team was almost ready to launch our web platform for athletic coaches and wanted to be 100% certain we had everything needed.
The workshop ensured we laid everything out, dove into the details to discern what was missing, and understood how everything tied together. We were able to identify any gaps and cover them before launch.
Plus, the object guide was really helpful to keep the entire team on the same page, especially for those that couldn’t make the workshop.
