Getting to know You

No matter which kind of project, we’ll sit down with you to get a 360 understanding of the problem you want to solve. We’ll ask questions like:

What kind of information do you already have about your customers?

What do you think is missing?

What have you already done for your product or website?

What are you prioritizing for the next release?

Becoming BFFs with Your Customer

No matter which kind of project, we’ll sit down with you to get a 360 understanding of the problem you want to solve. We’ll ask questions like:

What kind of information do you already have about your customers?

What do you think is missing?

What have you already done for your product or website?

What are you prioritizing for the next release?

Transparency and Documentation

This is a collaborative process! We want to work with you, not for you. We’ll always keep you in the loop about where we are, what we’ve found, and where we are headed.

Main communication can either be via Slack, email, or weekly check-ins. We also know it can be a huge headache to jump into a large design file and find your footing. We’ll leave you with an organized file, and clear design documentation to easily on-board any future teammates.

Keeping Your Calendar Clear of a Mountain of Meetings

Classic Mondays, roll out of bed, and head to 7 back-to-back meetings. We’ll do our best to keep Zoom meetings to a minimum.

We like to have weekly check-ins for 1 hour, and leave the rest to ad-hoc conversations, comment threads, and videos recordings. We’ve found this is an effective way to have efficient meetings without crowding your calendar. (Of course, we’re flexible if anything pops up that we need to talk about)
