Main communication can either be via Slack, email, or weekly check-ins. We also know it can be a huge headache to jump into a large design file and find your footing. We’ll leave you with an organized file, and clear design documentation to easily on-board any future teammates.

Keeping Your Calendar Clear of a Mountain of Meetings

Classic Mondays, roll out of bed, and head to 7 back-to-back meetings. We’ll do our best to keep Zoom meetings to a minimum.

We like to have weekly check-ins for 1 hour, and leave the rest to ad-hoc conversations, comment threads, and videos recordings. We’ve found this is an effective way to have efficient meetings without crowding your calendar. (Of course, we’re flexible if anything pops up that we need to talk about)
