Two ways of working together:

Option A: Fractional Product/UX Subscription

- Feels like you have an in-house UX designer and Product Manager on your team, without the cost of in-house teammates

- Need to pivot? Priorities shifted? New features? No problem—no change orders, no timesheets, no scoping, just seamless collaboration.

- Project timeline is decided upon together depending on what is most important

- Weekly 1hr calls

- Delivery updates twice a week

$6,000/month

Option B: Blueprint Phase + Design Phase

1. Blueprint Phase
We dig into your product requirements, conduct user research, and structure the architecture to map out exactly what needs to be built—then deliver a custom quote and timeline for the design phase.

$4,000 flat • 4 weeks

  • This is what I need! Let's book a call

Can’t we just hop on a call and you give me a quote like the other designers?

You're about to invest thousands to build something important.

    Let’s build it right.

    Let's quote it accurately.

Most designers send proposals after a 30-minute sales call, in fact, I used to do that too.

But without real discovery, those quotes are built on guesses.

And the person who ends up paying for that? You.

Timelines drag. Requirements shift. Developers uncover missed edge cases. Suddenly, you're fixing things you already paid for.

By front-loading research and requirements, we can:

    1. Reduce your design timeline by months (cutting down costs)
    2. Avoid costly rework and tech debt
    3. Deliver a clearer, more accurate quote from day one

We already have a requirements doc—can’t you just use that?

    A great starting point!

But internal teams often focus on features, not the full system logic—like object relationships, edge cases, and dependencies.

When I dissect your requirements, it helps fill those gaps so you don’t run into surprises mid-sprint.

Here's an example of the extra details and requirements that are under the hood:

    Requirement Given:

    • Admin can assign users to a task under a specific project

Questions/Use Cases that I'd pull that would shape what's needed:

    • Does a user have to be added to the project already to be added to that task?
    • Can move than one user be assigned to the same task?
    • What are default notifictions to let someone know they have been assigned to a task?
    • Can a user customize their notifications?
    • What happens to the task if it's still open, but the user gets removed (they leave the company?)
    • Is anyone notified if there are open tasks that are assigned to a removed user?
    • Does the user stay in the system?
    • Are the tasks rerouted to a new person?
    • Who has access to see progress of certain tasks?
    • Can someone who is not assigned, opt in for updates?
    • If a user is assigned a task, but it's linked to a project that they don't have clearance for, what happens?
    • Can a user assign themselves?

    A few brands I've impacted

Elena co-led strategy and interaction design on the NFL "Ways to Watch Project", a new experience that helps users navigate the nuances of game rights and streaming.

Her rapid adaptation to a new industry was remarkable; she quickly grasped NFL-specific terminology and game schedule intricacies.

Elena's clear and enthusiastic communication style delighted our clients, who were thrilled with her work and partnership. Her deliverables included well-structured wireframes and thorough documentation, all created in close collaboration with our visual and research teams.Elena's work was an integral part of this project's success, and I could not recommend her more highly!

I was blown away at how much we were able to uncover in the OOUX workshop.

My team was almost ready to launch our web platform for athletic coaches and wanted to be 100% certain we had everything needed.

The workshop ensured we laid everything out, dove into the details to discern what was missing, and understood how everything tied together. We were able to identify any gaps and cover them before launch.

Plus, the object guide was really helpful to keep the entire team on the same page, especially for those that couldn’t make the workshop.
