Before I had ever heard of the term “UX Design,” I was already asking questions about how I could make my work more user-friendly, inclusive, easier to understand, and perhaps...more fun.

It wasn’t until I learned about an experience design team that transformed an MRI machine into a pirate ship, in a children’s oncology wing to make the hospital experience less scary for their young patients, that I knew I wanted to design experiences.
